Tuition is paid in ten installments from August through May. All parents are required to make payments through FACTS, our online tuition management system. You may choose from 5 dates to have payments deducted from your checking account by FACTS. If tuition is paid by cash or check, tuition will be due on the first of the month.  

 If payment is made by credit card at the school, there will be a 4% convenience fee. 

Anyone registering a new student must meet with the principal and provide a birth certificate, immunization records, grade reports, discipline reports, and test scores from previous school. Also, be prepared to take a brief placement test. 

A student is not registered until all registration forms and fees are received. Students may not begin school unless they are fully registered, accepted, and enrolled in school.

Parishioner Rate- -$1000 per child

Sibling Discount- -$500 per additional child

In order to receive the Active and Supporting Holy Family Parishioner Rate, a family must be registered with the Holy Family Parish Office and support the parish regularly through volunteering, attending Mass and parish events and using Sunday envelopes on a regular basis. The Pastor has the final decision in all tuition rate matters. 

After completing the online application and enrollment packet, families are encouraged to complete the Financial Aid Application. Holy Family School has a substantial amount of tuition assistance available to families to make a Catholic School education affordable.
